The book analyzes the Pskov Judicial Charter - the monument reflecting the features of early medieval communal society and innovation associated with the development of feudal relations. It traces the ways and forms of Russian law development in the Eastern Slavic lands of the XIVth - the first third of the XVIth centuries. The publication studies the First Lithuanian Statute of 1529 reflecting the evolution of law in Western Russia of the XIVth - the beginning of XVIth centuries in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania.
