Proceedings of the XI International Congress "Library as a Cultural Phenomenon", dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders, Minsk, October 24-25, 2024. An important discovery this year for library staff and readers were historical facts about the reconnaissance and sabotage group "Jack" that operated in the last year of the war in the territory of East Prussia. The district library actively and fruitfully cooperates with the First National Channel of the Belarusian Radio. Radio listeners had the opportunity to hear reports on the natives of the Uzda district on the radio broadcasts of the "Literary Kaleidoscope" program: Hero of the Soviet Union Ivan Kozich, a local writer, defender of the Brest Fortress Ales Makhnach, a review of the exhibition for the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus, events dedicated to the activities of the reconnaissance group "Jack" during the Great Patriotic War.
