The study aims to identify challenges related to youth employment and to assess the advantages and risks of the digital environment for young job seekers.
The author analyzes global trends in youth employment and systematizes the key issues they face: the dilemma between work and education; low motivation due to elevated expectations for social status and income; employer reluctance to hire young professionals without experience; gaps in social policies aimed at supporting unemployed youth.
