The aim of the study is to identify youth employment problems, as well as to study the advantages and risks of the digital environment for youth employment. The author analyzes the dynamics of youth employment in the global space and systematizes the problems of their employment (the dilemma between employment and education; low motivation for development and employment due to high status and income ambitions; mistrust of employers in hiring young specialists, choosing employees with work experience; gaps in social policy to support unemployed youth).
