The monograph is a continuation of the author's theoretical and empirical study of the economic category of the financial market at the present stage. It presents the results of studying the practical experience of transforming the stock markets of European countries and the EAEU countries to form a country strategy for the development of the stock market of Belarus. The objective of the study is to identify barriers and search for opportunities to unlock the potential of the financial intermediation industry in order to increase the depth, efficiency, accessibility, and security of channels for providing enterprises of the real sector of the economy and private investors in Belarus with investment resources and stock market instruments.
