The monograph summarizes the theoretical and methodological foundations for using the intersectoral balance for analyzing and modeling the regional economy, and systematizes the directions of its use in public administration practice. Based on the analysis of key economic indicators and data from inter-industry balances, the existence of a systemic crisis in the country’s economy, largely predetermined by weak regulation of the sphere of social reproduction, has been proven.
