The monograph contains an examination of some particular aspects of the policy, carried out by the government of the Chinese People’s Republic, which are connected with some borders and territory issues of the country, which acquired an extremely important significance in the second part of the XXth century and which demand the soonest possible solution. There is an analysis of correlation between the events at the country’s borders, which mainly did not have any lawful treaty background and the general foreign policy vector of the Chinese government.
