This monograph deals with the formation and activities of political parties of Azerbaijan at the beginning of the XXth century. The author claims his research to be ideologically unbiased and free from any nationally colored subjective views, which has become possible just recently. The mosaic of parties created by the author includes the parties of socialistic, liberal, nationalistic orientation (e.g. the Social Democratic Party, the Muslim Constitutional Party, the Armenian Parties, etc.)
