Mykhas Popadiuk lives in a country that no longer exists. School adventures may seem funny or incomprehensible in the modern world. But the main character and his friends have to deal with the legacy of the Soviet era: deception, a tendency to steal, an attempt to shift the blame to anyone. A stellar alien from a distant galaxy suddenly finds himself in such an unpleasant reality. Meeting him is a great event for Mykhas, and at the same time, a considerable test of honesty, decency and loyalty.
