The CD is an electronic version of the city plan of Leningrad of 1940 published by “Lenizdat” publishing house as a supplement to the book “The Whole Leningrad of 1940”, and includes 9 colored maps. The plan shows streets, rivers and canals, gardens and squares, parks and forests, public buildings, cemeteries, as well as gardens, fields and barrens. It also marks administrative districts, numbers of buildings at the beginning of blocks, tram, trolleybus and bus routes (indicating their numbers and destination points), railways.
