Conference participants envisage processes of social and economic interaction between the nations of the Middle Asia, mechanisms of their spiritual regulations, principles and traditions of intercultural communication and mutual understanding. The articles are grouped into two sections: political and social-economic, environmental, spiritual-moral problems of the peoples of the above mentioned region in the light of new world order; strategic grounding of ecological-economic, integration and environmental factors of development in the Baikal agro-industrial complex.
