The proceedings of the 11th International forum of Caucasus studies scholars include articles devoted to the history, politics, and culture of the peoples of the Caucasus in the 18th–21st centuries. Particular attention is given to the study of national and state transformations in the region in the early 1920s and their legislative consolidation. The articles also address current issues in contemporary Caucasus studies, administrative and territorial changes, political, social, demographic, economic, cultural, and religious processes in the region in the 18th–21st centuries, regional security problems, military history, and the role of the Caucasus as a space for intercultural dialogue and historical memory. The main goal of the academic forum was to discuss contentious issues in the development of the Caucasus to form a holistic scholarly view of the history and culture of the region and its peoples. The publication is intended for researchers, faculty members, postgraduate and undergraduate students, and all interested readers.
