The book is about P. Ganden - a Mongolian politician of communist party, the 2nd head of state (Chairman of the Small State Khural, November 29, 1924 - November 15, 1927) and the 9th Prime Minister of the MPR (chairman of the Council of Ministers, July 2, 1932 - March 2 1936), which was arrested on July 17, 1937 while undergoing medical treatment in the USSR, and was sentenced to death on November 26 and executed on charges of espionage and preparing a coup in Mongolia.
