Memoirs of the couple Ostroverkh - Oleksa Konopadsky, born in 1920, from the Lemko village of Gludna, were recorded by the typist KV "Makivka" 24 Vistun Tatiana on September 14, 1948. I publish these memories in the year of commemoration of the deportation of Ukrainians from their historical homeland Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Council officially notes the year as an illustration of those events. And also in honor of my uncle Vasily Nikolaevich Ivanochko, born in 1925, from the village of Dvernik, Lisko district, whose heroic death as a machine gunner Pine is mentioned here by Ostroverkh on page 123 and in whose honor I, as well as my cousins, named Vasily - with a family dream to return to their original land.
