The materials included in the collection reflect the colloquial speech of the Novokuznechans, represented by urban vernacular and spoken literary language. The recordings of these monologues were made in 2017–2018. The informants are representatives of different sociolinguistic groups - men and women, older, middle and younger generations, with different levels of education (from primary to higher).
