Pyotr Nikolayevich Durnovo (1845–1915) was an Imperial Russian lawyer and statesman. Durnovo foresaw the beginning of World War I and its consequences for Russia and set out his views in the Memorandum to Tsar Nicholas II. The document was found amongst the papers of Tsar Nicholas following the February Revolution.
