The book reviews the amendments made to Bulgaria's public procurement legislation between 2016 and 2019. Its main focus is on a set of major amendments and supplements to the Public Procurement Act which became effective on March 1, 2019 and the revised rules for the Act's implementation. The book presents a future centralized electronic platform for public procurement bidding and contracting, which will go into operation on November 1, 2019.
