The novella (comic strip) tells about different periods in the life of Ernst Neizvestny, who was born in Sverdlovsk in 1925. The script for the comic strip was written by Anna Tarasenko, a research associate at the Ernst Neizvestny Museum; the illustrations were prepared by artist Artem Nekrasov. The authors focused on vivid episodes in the artist's life, which will be interesting to both adults and teenagers. The comic strip tells about how he sculpted figures from bread as a child, about wartime, about the sculptor's meeting with Nikita Khrushchev, and about other significant moments in his life.
