Natural resources usage and the rent income obtained from it is one of the most important sources of Russia's natural wealth. But transition to the market economy and shifts in property relations led to a situation when it is very difficult to evaluate the contribution of labor, capital and natural resources to the creation and distribution of the national wealth.
