The monograph is the result of a comprehensive study conducted by the authors of the legal means of protecting national security in the field of public health. The concept of national security, the system of threats to national security, in particular in the field of public health, legal mechanisms for overcoming them and prospects for improving Ukrainian legislation in accordance with international and European standards are analyzed. The legal principles of public health regulation are studied, as well as the concept, structure and system of public health both in Ukraine and in the EU countries.
