The entire study and publications were realized with the support of the OSI Assistance Foundation, Office in Armenia. The study was not directed to the historical aspects (which, doubtless, are also significant and are worth of special study), but to problems of modern times. The unawareness of broad public and governmental circles of the existence of national minorities and problems they are faced with is not acceptable for the nation, building democracy and civil society.
