Hentie Burger is a Namibian physician and photographer. Formerly based in Windhoek, he now lives semi-retired in Swakopmund. His portfolio spans a period exceeding nearly 50 years, commencing as a wildlife photographer, then gradually expanding into landscape, aerial, cultural heritage and abstract photography within the Namibian context. Hentie Burger has enjoyed international acclaim with exhibitions and presentations in Germany, England and Australia from 1997 until 2004. Over the past decade, his work of art have been displayed at the Namibia Craft Centre, located in central Windhoek.
