Based on archival documents and memories, the biography of Mykhailo Zlobynets (1883–1937), a Ukrainian public and cultural figure, educator, teacher, bandurist, native of Zolotonosha, is presented. A separate block contains a reprint of the work of M. Zlobynets "Self-teaching guide to play the kobza or bandura". The publication was prepared on the occasion of the 140th anniversary of his birth.
