The book of interviews between the daughter, writer Denisa Fulmekova, and her father. It offers a private look at the period of normalization, but also behind the desk of the writer and presenter Jozef Kot. With his translations from English and American literature, he enriched Slovak literature and the theater scene with the works of William Shakespeare, Saul Bellow, Jerome David Salinger, Nick Cave, William Faulkner, Graham Greene, Ernest Hemingway, James Joyce, John Updike and others. He was one of the pioneers of translation theory and teaching. He worked as a teacher at the State Language School in Bratislava for a quarter of a century.
