The Moscow Treaty is a "treaty of friendship and brotherhood" signed on March 16, 1921 in Moscow by representatives of the government of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and the government of the RSFSR. The treaty established the northeastern border of Turkey, which exists to the present day.
