The monograph is dedicated to clarifying the historical and legal aspects of the moral and legal principles of integrity and good faith, which are of Roman legal origin.
Special attention is paid to the reception of these concepts in modern law. It is assumed that this should become the ideological basis of the systemic Europeanization of the law of Ukraine through an appeal to the historical origins of goodness and justice.
