The second part of Stepan Lenkavskyi's biography reflects his life adaptation to the conditions of emigration life and activities within the framework of the Foreign Parts of the OUN during 1945–1954. This is a difficult period of their organizational formation in post-war Europe, the establishment of regular contact with the national liberation underground in Ukraine, the development of structures on the American continent and in Australia. It is connected with the vicissitudes of the internal conflict, intensified by provocations by the Soviet special services, which ultimately led to another split.
