Heightened interest is caused by increasing necessity in spiritual, intellectual and creative cooperation of Russian population and its compatriots in near and far abroad. This project is based on the concept of “united Russian world”, expounded by the president V.V. Putin in the Congress of Russian Compatriots in 2001.
