The monograph was prepared based on the results of the All-Russian research and practical conference "I Krasnodar readings on the history of law" on the topic: "Modern legal doctrines in Russia: The end of the XX – beginning of the XXI century. To mark the 230th anniversary of the city of Krasnodar", held on November 24, 2023. The authors highlighted the most interesting research directions, concepts and theories of Russian jurists at the turn of the XX–XXI centuries.
