The monograph presents the author's approaches and analysis of modern Belarusian institutions, which form the conditions of behavior of participants in the Belarusian labor market. The characteristics of the peculiarities of the functioning of the Belarusian sphere of labor through the mechanisms of job search and the spread of employment channels, the analysis of low-paid employment, the formation of the institution of reserved wages and social risks are presented. Estimates of efficient use of working time in the economy of Belarus are given.
For the first time, modern trajectories of behavior of employees and employers in the conditions of the Belarusian economy are identified by identifying the specifics of concluding fixed-term employment contracts and their impact on the innovative activity of organizations in Belarus. The role of the institution of an effective contract in Belarus and the relevance of intra-firm mobility of employees are substantiated. The results of monitoring the satisfaction of employees are presented and the reasons for precarious employment in the national economy of Belarus are identified.
