Book-album "Artifacts of the New Age. Saratov and the surrounding area" is dedicated to the history of the artistic culture of the city of Saratov and the Saratov region of the 1900s - 1910s. The first part of the book consists of separate essays devoted to significant events, literary publications, architecture, and the work of artists and archaeologists who worked at that time in Saratov, Balakovo, Khvalynsk, Balashov. The second part includes famous houses, apartment buildings of Saratov, built in the Art Nouveau era. There are over 150 photographs from collections and museum archives. Author: Savelyeva Elena Konstantinovna is scientific secretary of the Saratov Radishchev Museum.
