The book you are holding in your hands is an attempt to make a kind of "snapshot", to reflect the state of combat aviation in the world at the beginning of 2024. It covers three classes of combat aircraft: fighters, strategic bombers and tactical strike aircraft (attack aircraft, front-line bombers and fighter-bombers). The main selection criterion was the fact that this or that aircraft was in service as of the beginning of 2024.
