The monograph studies models of experimental legal regimes in the sphere of digital innovations and technologies of Russia and regulatory sandboxes of individual foreign countries. The article characterizes an experimental legal regime as a type of stimulating legal regime of entrepreneurial activity in the sphere of digital innovations and technologies, provides practice of creation and application of such regimes in our country. Features of the Russian model of experimental legal regimes in the sphere of digital innovations and technologies and models of regulatory sandboxes of individual foreign countries have been identified. The results of the comparative-legal analysis of the effectiveness of models of experimental legal regimes in the sphere of digital innovations and technologies of Russia and regulatory sandboxes of Australia, Brazil, India, China, the UAE, Singapore, the EU and individual member countries are presented.
