The work is dedicated to the life and activities of Mleh Rubinyan, a prominent military and diplomatic figure of Cilician Armenia. The work covers in detail the circumstances of Mleh's rise to power, his internal, external and church policies. Special attention was paid to the cooperation of the Armenian principality with the ruler of Aleppo, thanks to which the Armenian principality of Cilicia became stronger, expanded its borders, and strengthened itself on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea.
