The book reflects the history of the flour-milling business in Belarus. The author recorded at the beginning of the XXI century. in the form of photographs the richness of various architecture of water mills of Belarus, which harmoniously fit into the elements of the surrounding nature.
The publication also contains works by Belarusian artists, information about mills from the archives of Vilnius and Minsk, and materials of surveys of the descendants of the owners of the mills.
