Fedor Matveevich Zinchenko (19 September 1902 in Stavskovo, Tomsk Governorate, Russian Empire - 15 October 1991 in Cherkasy, Ukrainian SSR) was a Soviet officer who commanded the 150th Rifle Division's 756th Regiment during the Storming of the Reichstag. The soldiers under his command raised the Victory Banner.
