The monograph reveals the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study and the institutional and functional structure of the migration policy of Ukraine. Analyzed the migration situation in its external and internal dimensions, as well as considered indicators of the response of society to the measures of migration policy in the sociological assessment. The author's methodology for assessing migration potential and migration effects is presented as a necessary prerequisite for increasing the effectiveness of migration policy. The imperatives of the development of state migration policy in the system of integration processes in Ukraine have been determined.
