The theoretical foundations of the formation and implementation of the risk strategy are investigated, the state is investigated and the risk assessment of crop production is carried out; methods of risk assessment and models of their management in diversified agrarian organizations are presented, the possibilities of practical use of the mechanism for implementing the risk strategy in agribusiness organizations are considered. The proposed developments contribute to the solution of a set of theoretical and methodological problems aimed at maintaining the stability of production and economic systems and their elements while increasing the management efficiency of both individual business entities and sectors of the agro-industrial complex.
