The study encompasses economic, juridical and administrative measures of formation and transformation of the currency operations regulations, as well as the measures of revelation, prevention and constraint of violation of the existing regulations. The currency politics of the state, the contemporary organizations of the currency regulation and control in the Russian Federation are reviewed, and evaluation of the customs and banking control over international contracts is proposed.
