The publication reproduces the text of the "Manifesto of the thirtysomethings" – the result of the collective literary participants’ creativity of the research, exhibition and educational program of the same name. The main idea of the manifesto is the self-identification and representation of fellow citizens born in 1991 – the year of the USSR self-destruction and the emergence of the modern Russian Federation. We are talking about representatives of the generation that is currently coming to key positions in society, creating a new reality, generating modern cultural codes, meanings, and attitudes. The scientific comments to the document are given, in which the specifics of this subgroup of Generation Y are analyzed in the paradigms of the current and coming technological waves, the mental matrix of postmodernity.
