This is the second collection of satirical pieces by Kapka Todorova, a journalist who, under the alias Lola Montesquieu, writes a weekly column in one of Bulgaria's most influential newspapers, "24 Chasa". While her earlier book jokes about mothers, upbringing, and family, "Make Bulgaria Great Again" ridicules politicians and politics. It offers tips on how to save Bulgaria, which can prove useful to any taxi driver, and provides evidence that socialism is better than capitalism mainly because of the unique properties of pantyhose. The book includes the story "How I Became a Migrant", which made Todorova the first Bulgarian to win the Aleko Konstantinov Humorous Short Story Competition.
