The bulletin is a source of relevant statistical information on the gross domestic product and investment; it also contains indicators describing the population of Latvia, cities under state jurisdiction and administrative districts. The introductory part contains explanatory notes concerning the sources of data and methods used for the calculation of selected indicators. Breakdowns by kind of economic activity are given in accordance with the Statistical Classification of Economic Activity in the European Communities (NACE Rev.1).
