Modern tendencies and contradictions of the development of the local self-government system in interethnic communities are analyzed in the monograph. The volume is based on the sociological surveys carried out in ethnically-mixed (Mansi, Khanty, Russian and other ethnic groups) settlements of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area.
