The book "Living Plexus" about two artists and architects: Lida Blinova (1948-1996) and Rustam Khalfin (1949-2008). The author has known them well for many years. Rustam Khalfin is considered one of the founders of Kazakh Contemporary art. This is not a monograph, and therefore does not include a listing of exhibitions, movement of works, analysis and possible discourses. But it contains a lot of facts, documents, describes the literary and artistic predilections of the heroes, the context in which certain works of the heroes arose. Sometimes analysis, sometimes interpretation of works. But there are often comparisons and comparisons that can lead to an understanding of the images. The book is of a documentary-memoir nature: facts, events, witnessed by the author, are stated. Here is a living interweaving of art and life, people and books, chance encounters and events of fate.
