P.Strautins has been describing and commenting on the financial and economic situation in Latvia for 25 years - since 1994, when at the age of 18 he decided to write direct texts on these topics that he himself wanted to read. Most of his career is related to financial analysis and banking, but from 2003 to 2007 Strautins has also worked professionally in journalism. He warned against overheating of the economy at a time when others had not spoken about it, did not shy away from critical criticism, was always vigilant and keen to follow developments in Latvia in a broader context and urged us to do so.
