The history of several manors (Birzuvenai, Salantai, Kelme, Plunge, Tytuvenai, Pavandene, Bogdanovas, Aluotos, Dukstas etc.) and noble families (Kestartai, Kiskos, Daukantai, Oginskiai, Romeriai, Gruzevskiai, Gorskiai etc.) as well as the development of estate institution and cultural heritage. Chronological limits of the research are rather wide – from the 16th to the end of the 20th century.
