The book scopes three creative spheres (poetry, literary criticism, philology) of activities of N.V.Nedobrii, one of the brightest representatives of Russian intelligentsia at the beginning of the XXth century. N.V.Nedobrii (1822-1919) practiced his own literary talent and carried out literary and critical studies. He is also known as a friend and interlocutor of A.Akhmatova, A.Belii, V.Ivanov, M.Voloshin and other writers.
