The edition continues "Letters to the authorities in the Era of Revolution and Civil War", published in two editions in 2014 and 2015. Chronologically, this collection covers the time from April 1921 to December 1929, which went down in the Russian history as the period of the New Economic Policy. The book includes 207 documents written mainly by the inhabitants of Siberia and addressed to various authorities from the regional executive committees of the Soviets to the Central Executive Committee of the USSR, the Central Committee of the RCP (b) -VKP (b) and personally to the leaders of the party and the country. The published letters were extracted from 43 funds of one departmental, two central and ten regional archives.
