Fathers and mothers do not write letters to their children with the intention of publishing them in a book. It was the same with the letters to Nanuk: for a long time I never had the idea of putting them together. After all, how many people in a world overwhelmed with information and fun can be interested in a series of letters from an unknown father to an unknown child? The idea of a book edition was finally inspired by a little girl a few years older than Nanuk, who, like him, is one of the children with autism spectrum disorder. When Greta Thunberg began her school strike for the climate in the fall of 2018, a small miracle happened.
