Lessons In/From poetry synecdochically deals with Slovak poetry of the second half of the XXth century - in terms of regenerations and necrosis, asceticism and excess as author's gestures, period shifts or transformations and artistic procedures. The emphasis here is on the semantic oscillations of the poetic text. Specific readings are dedicated to the poems of J. Ondrus. These themes are framed by a sketch of the transformations of poetry after 1945.
